Ingredients
Ripe, heirloom or vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 Creamy, fresh mozzarella
Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
A generous pinch of flaky sea salt
Generous glug of extra virgin olive oil,enough to bathe the ingredients
Method
- Place the mozzarella in the center of your dish, add the tomatoes and basil leaves, drench in the Governor EVOO.
- Season well with salt. Let it sit for a few minutes before tucking in!
