The Governor is a strong and complex EVOO with tasting notes of newly cut grass, rocket, green herbs, light floral hints, balanced bitterness, and a persistent peppery finish.
Enjoy a shot or finish your dishes with a drizzle to improve flavour and increase nutrients.
Pair with salads, soups, dips, grilled meats or vegetables, heavily spiced dishes, Greek yoghurt or ice cream.

- Produced naturally with minimal impact on the environment, non-irrigated and no use of chemicals. Cold-pressed within hours at lower-than-normal temperatures. Olives are harvested early from trees ranging from 100 to 1500 years old.
- Low yield, maximum quality. Only 9000-11000 bottles are produced each year.
- Supplied in 500ml bottles.

It is delicious and far superior to other olive oils. It has a peppery taste at the back of the throat which indicates how good and pure it is. No regrets purchasing it.
The most delicious, deep, rich and smooth olive oil with an exciting peppery kick-back to finish. We followed the exciting and ritualistic tasting suggestion before drenching our ciabatta in it (too tasty to just dip!). The packaging surrounding the oil added to the luxurious feel. The ordering and delivery process was straightforward, and easy to track, with the oil arriving a few days later. A completely amazing olive oil.
