Refund Policy

We accept returns for new, unopened bottles within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the safety seal on the bottle must be intact, the bottle must be in the original box, and the package must be in an as-new condition without any creases or damages.

To initiate a return, please email contact@thegovernorevoo.co.uk to obtain a return authorization and the return address. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and will be charged upon return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days, minus the round-trip shipping charges.

Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
