Smooth and light
This is the first time I have purchased this olive oil and I can say with absolute certainty that I will be buying it again. It looks good but most importantly it tastes fantastic. Health wise, if it does even half of what it claims then I will be totally happy. It costs a bit more but in this case you do get what you pay for.
Having felt the health benefits yet as fist time using the product. However the taste is great.
Tried this olive oil in Cofu at The Governor farm, I just had to have some for home. The best olive oil I've tasted.

I first tried to about two years ago but because of the price, I never seemed to get around to ordering it again.
I did highly recommend it to a friend earlier this year, and then thought I really should order myself it again and so pleased I have.
Fresh and light, peppery finish - it’s a joy to taste and know it is so healthy for me !
I have only had the oil for a short time, so will have to wait for definite results. But I already feel better and my skin is not so dry. I have high expectations for improvement of my OA, given the high number of oleocanthal and oleacein, but the time for that to happen is at present still too short.

A very good oil high in polyphenols with a slightly bitter taste but still great for dipping with nice bread!
