- 1,316 milligrams of Polyphenols in each kilogram of olive oil. (certified)

- Produced naturally with minimal impact on the environment, non-irrigated and no use of chemicals. Cold-pressed within hours at lower-than-normal temperatures. Olives are picked from trees ranging from 100 to 500 years old.
- Supplied in limited quantities. Only 7000 – 9000 500ml bottles are produced each year, each individually hand-numbered.
- Awarded the 1st EU health claim, consistently 5 x greater in polyphenol levels set by the EU health claim regulation. Particularly high in Oleocanthal and Oleacein.

I have been using your EVOO for 2 months now to try and help reduce my PSA and to get my cancer in check. I take 2 tablespoons every morning and hope it is doing good. I was sceptical about the benefits of drinking olive oil daily thinking it was just a gimmick, however I’ve been taking this for a few months now and can really feel the benefits especially in joint pain. I did not take some for a few weeks due to an issue with my subscription and joint pain in my knees made a rapid return. A lot of the other benefits you don’t really notice but you do feel better on it and it tastes so smooth and creamy it’s easy to drink alone or drizzle on food. Highly recommended.

I have been using this Extra Virgin Olive Oil for some time now. I love it poured over my salads, poured over cooked rice and chicken dishes. I also take a spoonful at night washed down with hot lemon drink i(f I had not consumed anyduring the daytime) . . Highly recommend - very good quality n very tasteful.

Very upscale, but without bulk discounts, it still remains costly.
On Holiday in Corfu we had a tour including a trip around the factory. It was such an eye opener and great experience. I've had olive oil on my fruit honey and yogurt ever since. The premium oil is quite a strong pepery tase but it feels like it's doing you good.
