BBQ Halloumi with Hot Honey
Thick slices of halloumi are brushed with olive oil, dusted with oregano, and grilled until golden and irresistibly crisp. The real magic comes from the hot honey—infused with chilli, cayenne, lime, and a pinch of salt—drizzled generously over the cheese for a sticky, spicy finish. Topped with fresh coriander and a final splash of The Governor EVOO, this dish is bold, satisfying, and seriously moreish.
Perfect as a BBQ starter, side, or sharing plate.
