I take the oil every morning. I now love the taste and the burn in my throat. I feel the olive oil is helping me already - more energy, my skin isn’t so dry and I have an improved feeling of wellbeing. I really appreciate the aesthetic of the bottle and packaging too - so beautiful and satisfying to handle. A wonderful product - I am so glad to have discovered it.

This is my 3rd bottle and I am a fan it’s helped increase my good cholesterol and lower my bad. I take 2 dessert spoons daily. Has a great natural flavour slight kick that I like. I would say this is the best on the market.
