Although I’m not an olive oil fan, I take it for health reasons. It gives me acne, which all fats & oils do. The Governor is too good to miss out on so I have to put up with a spotty chin at 71 years old. Something I have had all my life. 🤷🏼♀️

Got to say, this Olive oil is the best I have ever tasted. It has a fantastic after taste and doesn’t leave any oily residue in your mouth like cheap Olive oil does.
This is a premium oil in premium packaging.
I take 3-4 tablespoons daily on an empty stomach and I can feel the benefits already. It’s perfect with a good quality balsamic vinegar and warm crusty bread to dip in.
