The Governor EVOO smells fresh and fruity, like green or black olives, grass, or freshly cut fields, just how high-quality olive oil should feel.
Absolutely fantastic the taste- fruity, bitter, and pungent flavors. Governor olive oil has all three flavors in complementary amounts. A slight peppery taste in the back of the throat is also a sign of quality.

I love the taste of this oil, it has a fresh peppery taste, it adds extra flavour when drizzled over my food but I really love to dip sourdough bread into it

Fantastic Olive Oil
This is simply the best olive oil I have ever had. I like everything about it: the complexity of its profile with its green and fresh taste, the viscosity and the aftertaste. I tend to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and add it to my coffee. I must admit having been taking it for a few months, I have noticed a significant improvement in my digestion as well as some improvement in reversing insulin resistance. Needless to say, I am a complete convert and will be certainly considering a subscription. Thank you for such a wonderful product and fantastic customer service. I have a sip from tiny glass to start my day followed by a glass of filtered water. I love it drizzled over my salad and rice dishes. Would highly recommend. It is best to order from the Governor site direct. The bottles themselves are a great decoration in my kitchen .

Received 1st batch ok. Taste is very good. Only started first bottle 6 days ago, so can’t tell you about the benefits at this stage.
