Ingredients

 3 blood oranges cut into thin slices

1 small red onion cut as thinly as possible

The Governor extra virgin olive oil

A few mint leaves finely chopped

 

Method

Assemble the orange slices on a plate

Place the onions and mint on top

Generously drizzle with The Governor EVOO
